The Neuro-Restore™ Program

Your Home Care Equipment

Three devices, 30–45 minutes a day, yours to keep after your 90 days are complete.

Why Home Care Is the Most Important Part of Your Program

Twelve in-office visits over twelve weeks build the foundation of your program — but the daily work you do at home is what determines how far that foundation goes. Circulation and nerve signal work respond to consistency, not once-a-week sessions. That's why every patient in the 90-day program receives a complete home care kit at enrollment, retail valued at $3,695, included as part of your program.

Each device targets a different one of the four Tetra-Therapy goals, and all three are yours to keep once your program is complete — they're not rentals, and there's no equipment return process to worry about.

Your Daily Routine at a Glance

Device Daily Time Goal Addressed
ReBuilder 300 Home Unit 30 minutes Nerve Communication
DGYAO Laser Boots 20–30 minutes Temperature & Sensation
128Hz Ultrasonic Nerve Plate 15–20 minutes Temperature & Sensation

The laser boots and nerve plate can be combined into a single session or used separately — whichever fits your routine better.

ReBuilder 300 System

Suggested: product on white/neutral background, 1200×900px
Optional second image: device in use on feet]

The core nerve re-education device in your kit, worn on the feet each morning. Unlike a standard TENS unit, the ReBuilder uses a precisely shaped waveform designed to mimic the signal pattern healthy peripheral nerves use — which is why many patients describe a noticeably different sensation the first time they use it. Of the three devices, this is the one we consider most critical to consistent progress.

Daily Use30 minutes each morning, electrodes attached to specific points on the foot
Getting StartedStart at lowest intensity, increase to a comfortable level
Retail Value$1,295

The science, in brief: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials found electrical nerve stimulation improved pain and neuropathic symptoms in diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients. See the research →

DGYAO Laser Boots

[PHOTO PLACEHOLDER — DGYAO Laser Boots
Suggested: product on white/neutral background, 1200×900px
Optional second image: boots in use, patient seated]

Low-level laser therapy delivered directly to the feet and lower legs. The boots use photobiomodulation — light energy that penetrates into tissue to support cellular activity and calm inflammation — the same mechanism behind the in-office Class IV laser you experience during visits, in a wearable form for daily home use.

Daily Use20–30 minutes, plug in, place feet in boots, press start
SensationNo heat sensation for most patients
Retail Value$400

The science, in brief: photobiomodulation (laser) therapy has been studied in a randomized, sham-controlled trial specific to diabetic peripheral neuropathy, measuring neuron-specific biomarkers before and after treatment. See the research →

128Hz Ultrasonic Nerve Plate

[PHOTO PLACEHOLDER — 128Hz Ultrasonic Nerve Plate
Suggested: product on white/neutral background, 1200×900px
Optional second image: feet placed on plate]

A flat plate delivering targeted acoustic vibration at 128Hz — a frequency specifically chosen because it falls within the sensitivity range of Pacinian corpuscles, the deep-skin mechanoreceptors responsible for detecting vibration, and among the receptor types known to be affected earliest in the progression of neuropathy. The plate cycles on and off every 30 seconds during use.

Daily Use15–20 minutes, feet placed directly on the plate
SensationLight vibration, normal and expected
Retail Value$2,000

The science, in brief: research on 128Hz vibration and Pacinian corpuscles, including a controlled study on foot-sole vibration and ankle proprioception. See the research →

Frequently Asked Questions About Home Care Equipment

Do I really need to use all three devices every day?

Consistency is the single greatest predictor of outcome in this program. Some flexibility exists in exactly when and how you combine sessions, but daily use across all three devices is the standard we recommend and what the program is built around.

What if I miss a day, or a few days?

It happens. If your compliance drops below about 5 of 7 days in a week, we'll have a direct, non-judgmental conversation at your next visit about what's getting in the way and how to make the routine more workable.

Do I keep the equipment after my 90 days are done?

Yes. All three devices are yours to keep. There's no rental fee, no return process, and no additional charge — they're included as part of your program enrollment.

What if a device stops working or I have a technical issue?

Bring it up at your next visit or contact our office directly. Warranty information is provided at enrollment, and our staff can help troubleshoot common issues.
